- Contact us prior to shipping back any returns.
- A copy of the invoice, online order confirmation, or you full contact information will need to be included.
- If a VIN is entered at checkout and your parts are not correct, we'll cover the shipping costs to correct your order.
- If a VIN is not entered at checkout and your parts are not correct, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the order.
- There may be 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be in new, saleable condition.
- Parts must be returned in the original OEM packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, used, or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- Most Ford/Motorcraft items carry a 2 year warranty. Please contact us for details.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply.
